ADM re:generations™

At Golden Peanut, we’re proud to be at the forefront of the regenerative agriculture movement. We recognize the transformative power of regenerative practices for our land, our communities, our ingredients produced, and our future. Our commitment to regenerative agriculture is rooted in a shared vision of an outcome-based farming approach that protects and improves soil health, biodiversity, climate and water resources while supporting farming business development.

Regenerative agriculture programs help support growers and reduce environmental impacts from the raw ingredients we use to make Golden Peanut products. These programs help demonstrate the good work producers do as stewards of the land. Working together we continue to support continuous improvement of the agricultural supply chain, the planet, and our collective future.

Golden Peanut is dedicated to working with growers to cultivate peanuts with an approach that protects and improves soil health, biodiversity, climate and water resources while supporting farming business development. Regenerative agriculture is adaptive to local physical conditions and culture, and is based on five principles of land management:

  • Minimizing soil disturbance
  • Maintaining living roots in soil
  • Continuously covering bare soil
  • Maximizing diversity with an emphasis on crops, soil microbes, and pollinators; and
  • Responsibly managing inputs, including nutrients and pesticides.
